• Verification data: Phone verification status
• Usage data: Widget interaction timing, completion status

2.2 Contractors (Dashboard Users)

• Company name, contact details, and business information
• Account credentials and authentication data
• Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Widget configuration preferences

2.3 AI Calling Data

When you consent to receive a scheduling call through the widget, we collect:

• Phone call metadata: Call duration, timestamps, call status (answered, voicemail, no answer)
• Voice transcription: Your spoken words are transcribed in real time by an AI assistant to understand and respond to your requests
• Call recordings: Calls may be recorded for quality assurance. You are notified at the start of each call
• Appointment data: Scheduled date, time, and address confirmed during the call
• Consent records: Verbal confirmations and opt-out requests are logged for compliance

2.4 Do-Not-Call List

If you request to stop receiving calls (by saying "stop", "don't call", or similar phrases during a call, or by replying STOP to an SMS), your phone number is immediately added to our internal Do-Not-Call list and you will not be contacted again.

Customer data is retained for the duration of the contractor's active subscription plus 90 days. After account cancellation, data is permanently deleted within 90 days unless a legal hold applies. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance.
