1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoQuote.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

GeoQuote.ai provides an embeddable website widget that generates instant property estimates using satellite imagery and geospatial data. The Service includes the widget, contractor dashboard, customer management tools, AI-powered appointment scheduling via automated phone calls, and related APIs. Estimates are approximate and should not be considered binding quotes.

2A. AI Calling & Appointment Scheduling

  • GeoQuote.ai uses an AI-powered phone assistant to contact leads on behalf of contractors and schedule on-site estimate appointments
  • The AI assistant will identify itself as artificial intelligence at the start of every call
  • Calls may be recorded for quality assurance; you will be notified at the start of the call
  • You may opt out at any time by saying "stop" during the call or replying STOP to any text message
  • Calls are only placed with the lead's express prior consent captured via the widget
  • Calls are placed during legally permitted hours only (TCPA: 8am-9pm local; CRTC: 9am-9:30pm weekdays, 10am-6pm weekends)
  • Appointment scheduling is provided on a best-effort basis. GeoQuote.ai is not liable for missed, rescheduled, or incorrect appointments
  • Contractors are responsible for honoring appointments booked by the AI assistant on their behalf

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per person or business entity
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

  • The Service is currently offered as $999/month Peak Season, $299/month Off-Season, $499 one-time Website Overhaul, and $199/month Growth Plan. Additional annual or promotional offers may be made available from time to time.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contracts
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits (API rate limits apply)

6. Intellectual Property

GeoQuote.ai and all associated logos, trademarks, code, and content are the property of GeoQuote.ai. You retain ownership of your company's branding and customer data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the widget on your website(s) during your active subscription.

7. Estimates Disclaimer

⚠️ Important

All property estimates generated by GeoQuote.ai are approximations based on satellite imagery, geospatial data, and contractor-configured rates. They are not binding quotes, professional appraisals, or guaranteed prices. Actual costs may vary based on on-site inspection, material choices, labor conditions, and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoQuote.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
